Who they are

Stape is an all-in-one platform for server-side tagging. They run the infrastructure — hosted server-side Google Tag Manager, gateways, custom tags and scripts, CMS plugins and mobile SDKs — so that marketers, analysts and site owners can move collection server-side without standing up cloud servers themselves.

The pitch is straightforward: accessible pricing, 24/7 support from actual humans, and security standards that hold up to review. Founded in 2020, now used by teams in more than 150 countries, and one of the larger contributors to the Google Tag Manager template gallery.

Why it matters for the day

• Tracking quality. Server-side collection can recover conversions that browser restrictions and ad blockers would otherwise lose, and give ad platforms better data to work with.
• Implementation that holds. Most of the pain in server-side is operational, not conceptual. Stape’s tooling removes the part where you become an infrastructure team by accident.
